displayed on this Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs images,
moving images, sound, illustrations and software ("Content"), is owned by Arizona Office of
Tourism, its licensors and its content providers, or the rights have been exclusively granted to
the Arizona Office of Tourism by the owners of the photography and images for the specific purpose
of tourism promotion.
All elements of the Arizona Office of Tourism Website, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. Privacy Policy for web sites created and operated by the Arizona Office of Tourism
Thank you for visiting one of the Arizona Office of Tourism's (AOT) web sites and reviewing
our Privacy Policy statement. AOT provides a convenient "Front Door" to various information and
services available from the State of Arizona by linking you to various other web sites. Though
this web portal does not request information from you directly, individual web sites you access
through the portal may request specific information from you. This statement is included to
inform you solely about the information that could be collected online as a result of visiting
any of AOT's web sites itself and not as a result of following a link from our web sites to any
other agency's website or online service. All individual agency web sites of the State of Arizona

Collection and Use of Information / Information Collected and Stored Automatically
AOT web sites do not use "cookies" to gather information during your visit unless you elect

that hosts AOT's web sites do gather certain information about the visit automatically in a

which means that AOT may be required to divulge certain information in response to a public records

Information Collected from Children
By statute, all Arizona State agencies must comply with the Children's Online Privacy Policy
Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), requiring parental consent before collecting any personal

Security
AOT and its consultants, as developer and manager of all of AOT's web sites, have taken
several steps to safeguard the integrity of their computer systems and networks. These steps

security monitoring, auditing, and encryption of your information. Security methods and measures
have been integrated into the design, implementation and day-to-day practices of all AOT web sites.
